A Bit About Me
Welcome to my little corner of the universe! I wear many hats: a passionate neurodiversity affirming therapist, a devoted parent and wife, and an unapologetic geek. If you're a fellow lover of all things Star Wars (ask me about my Baby Yoda collection!), an anime enthusiast, or if fantasy novels, movies and music transport you to realms of magic, we're about to embark on an epic journey together.
As someone who marvels at the diverse tapestry of human minds, I'm here to champion the brilliant world of neurodiversity. Having walked my own ADHD path and had the privilege of parenting both a neurotypical and autistic child, I know firsthand the opportunities and challenges it brings. My mission? To create a haven where neurodivergent individuals, regardless of their age, abilities, or support needs, can find understanding, acceptance, and the tools to shine brightly in a world that sometimes struggles to keep up. I am especially passionate about Early Intervention. My background as a DIR/Floortime and PLAY Project therapist is central to my clinical work and I love following client passions into opportunities for engagement and skill development that meets clients where they are and respects their individual differences.
Beyond the therapy room, my heart belongs to my family. As a wife and parent to two great kids, I'm on a daily adventure of navigating life's twists and turns, balancing the joys and demands of being a working mom, lifelong learner, and entrepreneur. My journey with my own neurodivergent tribe has taught me invaluable lessons about empathy, communication, and the limitless potential within each of us. I love to help other parents on a similar path to feel competent and confident in parenting and nurturing their neurodivergent and neurotypical children alike. My faith is a guiding compass in my life and I enjoy supporting clients who would like to resource their faith and spiritual beliefs to empower growth and healing.
So, whether you're a fellow adventurer embracing your own or your child's neurodiversity, a fan of far-off galaxies looking to explore the universe within, or someone seeking a safe space to explore life's challenges, I'm here with open arms. Let's journey together, learn from one another, and sprinkle a little geeky magic on our paths. The adventure has just begun!

Therapeutic Treatment Modalities
Early intervention is a cornerstone of my practice. I understand the lasting impact that timely support and parenting coaching can have on shaping a child's developmental journey. With a background rooted in child development, psychology, and relational neuroscience, I specialize in identifying early signs of neurodivergence and providing tailored interventions that set the foundation for lifelong success utilizing evidence-based, developmental approaches.
My journey has been deeply enriched by learning from and working alongside autistic individuals and their families. I am passionate about neurodiversity affirming & trauma-informed approaches to therapy, dismantling misconceptions, and championing a holistic approach to supporting autistic clients. Through open communication, empathy, and evidence-based techniques, I strive to facilitate meaningful connections and equip my clients with the tools they need to navigate a world that often misunderstands them. I have extensive training and experience supporting neurodivergent clients with complex profiles, including PDA, RSD, and significant sensory processing differences.
Who says therapy can't be fun? As a proud geek myself, I firmly believe in harnessing the power of geek culture, gaming, and special interests to foster growth and healing. From facilitating groups using Dungeons and Dragons to support the development of connection and skills for effectively navigating the social world, to helping clients examine the ways in which habits and behaviors related to gaming are impacting their lives, I integrate client passions into my practice to create a space that provides the safety and springboard to healing and growth.
